Returns, made simple.

We want you to love every part of your KUPYco experience. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Start a return in 3 steps

1. Request. Email return@kupyco.com with your order number, the item(s) and the reason for the return.
2. Get approved. We review requests within about 2 business days and email you the return address and, where applicable, a return label.
3. Ship it. Pack the item in its original packaging and drop it off with the carrier. We will email you once your refund is processed.

Quick rules

• Beauty, personal care and health products: unopened, with seals intact.
• Activewear: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached (and hygiene liner intact where applicable).
• Devices: unopened, or opened only if defective.
• Damaged, defective or wrong item? Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost.
