By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, registering, or purchasing on this store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with us. Your continued use of the Services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any updates we publish.

All orders placed through the Services are offers to purchase, subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to:

Limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
Refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
Correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).

Product descriptions, images, and colors are provided in good faith but may vary slightly from the actual item due to display settings or manufacturing batches.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If a pricing error occurs after an order is placed, we will contact you before charging or shipping the product.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund process is governed by our Returns Policy. By purchasing from this store, you agree to the conditions described there.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including text, graphics, logos, product images, page layouts, and the "Amerishop Pro," "AmerishopY," "Amerishopee," and "Amerishope" brand names — is owned by or licensed to Amerishop Pro and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or our systems.
Interfere with the operation of the Services, including through the use of bots, scrapers, or malicious code.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Product claims relating to beauty and wellness items are for general informational purposes and are not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any new skincare, cosmetic, or wellness regimen.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amerishop Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services or any product purchased through them.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to this store in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the District of Columbia Consumer Protection Procedures Act (see Section 13).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amerishop Pro from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:

Your breach of these Terms.
Your violation of any law or third-party right.
Your misuse of the Services or the products purchased.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or created a risk of legal exposure. Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive — including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will remain in effect.

13. District of Columbia Consumer Protection Procedures Act (CPPA)

Amerishop Pro operates from Washington, District of Columbia, and complies with the District of Columbia Consumer Protection Procedures Act (CPPA), codified at D.C. Code § 28-3901 et seq. The CPPA is a broad consumer protection statute designed to ensure that trade practices in the District are fair, transparent, and non-deceptive.

In alignment with the CPPA, we commit to the following:

Honest representations. We do not misrepresent the source, sponsorship, approval, certification, characteristics, ingredients, uses, benefits, or quantities of our products.
Clear pricing and terms. We disclose the total cost, shipping fees, processing times, and material terms of sale before checkout is completed.
Truthful advertising. Marketing claims about beauty and wellness products are made in good faith and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Consumer remediation. If you believe you have been subject to an unfair or deceptive trade practice, you may contact us at hello@amerishopee.com and we will investigate the matter in good faith. We offer remedies that may include a refund, replacement, store credit, or another reasonable resolution, without requiring you to waive rights available to you under the CPPA.
Preservation of statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or waive any rights or remedies you may have under D.C. Code § 28-3901 et seq. or other applicable consumer protection laws.

Residents of the District of Columbia also retain the right to file a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia.

14. Direct-to-Consumer & Distribution Center Disclosure

This store operates under a direct-to-consumer (DTC) dropshipping model, and we believe in being fully transparent about how it works.

Fulfillment partner. Orders placed on this store are fulfilled through our logistics partner, CJ Dropshipping, from their U.S. distribution center located in New Jersey, USA.
Shipping origin. All products are shipped from the New Jersey distribution center directly to the consumer's address in the United States.
Delivery window. Typical end-to-end delivery time is 3–6 business days, following a processing window of 1–3 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
What "direct-to-consumer" means here. Amerishop Pro curates and markets the products, manages the customer relationship, and provides all customer service. CJ Dropshipping handles warehousing, packing, and last-mile handoff to carriers such as USPS. There is no third-party retailer between us and you.
Product sourcing. Products are sourced from vetted suppliers within the CJ Dropshipping network. When you have a question about a specific product's origin, materials, or certifications, contact us at hello@amerishopee.com and we will share the information we have.

We disclose this model openly so that you can make an informed purchasing decision, consistent with our obligations under the D.C. CPPA (Section 13).

15. Amazon Associates / Affiliate Disclosure

Amerishop Pro is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites.

As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.

What this means for you:

16. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

We use AI-assisted tools to help operate this store efficiently as a one-person business. Specifically, AI may be used for:

Writing or editing product descriptions, marketing copy, and blog content.
Drafting responses to common customer service inquiries (final responses are reviewed before being sent when reasonably possible).
Product research, curation, and analytics.
Optimizing images, titles, and search-engine listings (SEO).
Generating or enhancing visual assets used in marketing.

What this means for you:

All product listings, prices, availability, and shipping details are checked for accuracy, but AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. If you notice a mistake, please let us know at hello@amerishopee.com and we will correct it promptly.
AI is used to support, not replace, the human judgment behind the store. A real person (the sole proprietor) remains responsible for all decisions, policies, orders, and customer communications.
We do not use customer personal data to train third-party AI models. Any personal information you provide (name, address, payment, etc.) is used only to process your order and communicate with you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Product images published by us may include AI-generated or AI-enhanced elements (e.g., lifestyle backgrounds). The actual product you receive is described accurately in the listing text and specifications.

We disclose our use of AI openly, consistent with our commitments to transparency under the D.C. CPPA (Section 13) and evolving federal and international guidance on AI transparency.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated through the website or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the District of Columbia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this section restricts consumer rights that may be available to you under mandatory local laws, including the D.C. CPPA.

19. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Amerishop Pro regarding your use of the Services.
